摔跤訓練班 Wrestling Classes

參賽者之免責條款及聲明

我聲明並同意遵守 中國香港摔跤總會有限公司 (下稱 “大會” )訂下的免責條款及規則如下：

1. 我已閱讀了比賽章程並確認完全理解明白賽事之規則。
2. 我完全理解參與賽事將自行承擔所有任何感染、受傷或死亡的風險，我保證，我的健康、精神及體能適合進行比賽，我自願和知情的情況下接受風險。
3. 我謹賠償在配賽後因任何理由缺席該賽事導致之所有責任及/或虧損。
4. 在比賽過程中，參賽者需聽從大會及工作人員的指引，如有任何不適或問題，將即時通知聯絡本會。
5. 我同意不可撤銷地無條件批准大會錄製本人在該賽事出現或參與的過程，該節目及所有製作與賽事有關的創作材料的所有版權及版權性質有關權利均屬 “大會”所有。 大會有絕對權利，將該賽事以任何形式及方法永久在香港及世界各地發行及使用。
6. 大會有權於任何時間終止參賽者之訓練和出賽資格，以及調整配賽安排，參賽者不得有任何爭議。

Fighter Agreement: WAVIER AND RELEASE to be agreed by the fighter.

I declare and agree to abide by the rules and exclusion clauses of CHINA HONG KONG WRESTLING FEDERATION LIMITED (hereinafter: “the Organiser”).

1. I have read the competition regulations and confirm that I fully understand the rules of the competition.
2. I fully understand that participating in sport carries a risk to me of infection, serious injury or death, and I voluntarily and knowingly accept the risk. I accept sole responsibility for ensuring that I am medically, mentally and physically fit to train and compete, and  certify that I have no injuries or condition that may impact on my ability to compete. I accept sole responsibility for all possible risks of infections, injuries and or death caused during training and the process of competing.
3. I hereby indemnify “the Organiser” and its employees, officers, officials, medical officers and coaches, from all liability or loss that may result from my no show and or absence from the competition date and my bout.
4. During competition, all athletes are obliged to follow the our staffs’ guidelines and instructions. If you experience any form of sickness, unwell and or problems, you are obliged to notify the our staffs immediately.
5. I consent to my name, age, weight division, competition record, photos and videos being published on “the Organiser”’s website, press & media, and social media. “The Organiser” has the right to distribute and use the materials in any form and manner permanently in Hong Kong and oversea.
6. “The Organiser” reserves the right to terminate the training and competition qualifications of participants at any time, and to adjust the competition arrangements. Participants shall not have any disputes.

In case of discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version in respect of all or any part of the contents in this agreement, the Chinese version shall prevail.
