會員類別 (以每年 4月1日至下一年 3月31日止)：
1. 個人會員 18歲以下
2. 個人會員 18歲以上
3. 團體會員 (年費港幣$500)
4. 註冊教練 (年費港幣$500)
5. 註冊拳證 (年費港幣$500)

會員福利：
1. 優先參加本會舉辦之課程、活動、培訓等。
2. 可申請本會之註冊裁判團隊提供比賽當席服務。
3. 可申請本會之註冊教練提供教學服務。

備註：
閣下所提供的個人資料及身份証明文件號碼，只用於本會日後聯絡及活動宣傳之用，除本會職員外，將不會提供予其他人士。

3. Group membership (annual fee HK$500)
4. Coach Register (annual fee HK$500)
5. Referee Register (annual fee HK$500)

Member benefits:
1. Priority is given to participate in courses, activities, training, etc. organized by HKWF.
2. You can apply for the registered referee team to provide match attendance services.
3. You can apply for the registered coaches to provide teaching services.

Remark:
The personal information and identity document number you provide will only be used for future contact and event promotion by CHKWF, and will not be provided to other persons except the HKWF’s staff.
